- THE ROLE -
As a key member of the Student Operations team, the post holder will support the functional areas of the Student Operations Office by supporting the Student Operations Coordinators and Student Operations Campus Officers to operationalise the assessment and registry processes for all student groups, including partnerships, throughout the academic year and in line with the student lifecycle. They will also undertake project work in relation to key workstreams within the Student Operations Office in relation to Assessments, Registry and Partnership process mapping.
- ABOUT YOU -
Evidence of a good standard of literacy/numeracy as demonstrated by qualifications at GCSE grade ‘C’ or higher, or by relevant work experience.
Demonstrate a solid knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint in a work environment.
Demonstrate experience of working with a large corporate digital records database to input, update, check and interpret data with accuracy and attention to detail (Excel/Access not accepted).
Evidence of dealing with complex customer queries to investigate, update and provide a solution within an agreed timeframe.
