Job Title: French Language Security Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual with fluency in French to join our Client Operations - Security and Fraud team. As a Junior Security and Fraud Prevention Analyst, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying security threats.
Your Responsibilities:
* Proactively handle client exceptional inquiries via call backs and verbal/video client verification
* Manage escalations of client inquiries pertaining to our security system via tickets
* Problem manage with focus on security protocols and practices
* Handle escalations of suspicious client activity or behavior to Senior SFP Analysts
* Proactively track fraud cases and trends
* Create on-the-job training and fraud awareness material
Qualifications and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you should have 2+ years' experience in an information or fraud prevention role, hold a BSc in STEM areas, and be proficient in Windows/macOS computer systems and basic office applications. You must maintain up-to-date knowledge of the security industry as it relates to our company, including social engineering, fraud schemes, mobile security, and information security.
