About the Role
A leading global technology organisation is seeking a Technical Program Product Manager II to support large-scale Network Infrastructure programmes across the EMEA region. The role focuses on enabling low-latency content delivery services including Caching, DNS, Video Streaming, Internet connectivity, Peering, and Backbone networks.
You will collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders to plan, design, and deliver complex network and data-centre infrastructure initiatives, working with globally distributed engineering teams. This role is ideal for a technically capable Program Manager who enjoys delivering high-impact, large-scale infrastructure projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and consolidate customer and business requirements for network infrastructure deployments
Forecast future capacity and growth requirements
Partner with engineering teams to develop technical network designs
Translate designs into structured programmes covering physical infrastructure, networking hardware, and connectivity
Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, and constraints
Lead cross-functional, globally distributed teams to successful delivery
Maintain clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholdersBasic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT or technical discipline
Minimum 3 years' experience in Project or Program Management
Demonstrable experience in Data Centre and/or Networking engineering or operations
Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project or similar scheduling toolsPreferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Experience delivering complex technology infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of multiple project management methodologies
Familiarity with cloud platforms and large-scale infrastructure environments
