Maintenance and Engineering Manager
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Engineering Manager to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our site.
As part of the management team, you will be involved in daily business activities, keeping close to operational issues and requirements, managing projects, and continuous improvement activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance management, including reactive & preventive maintenance, and will be able to plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
* Key responsibilities include:
1. Equipment Performance Management: Ensure that site manufacturing equipment performance meets or exceeds required KPIs.
2. Techincal Training: Provide strategies to ensure technician training has been identified and support ongoing skills enhancement of members of Maintenance teams.
3. Planned Preventative Maintenance: Ensure planned preventative maintenance is executed to plan and plans are in place to ensure regulatory conformance always.
4. Maintenance Systems Review: Periodic maintenance systems review, identification, and execution of continuous improvement projects focused on equipment performance, application of best practice maintenance strategies to sustain improvements long-term.
5. Safety and Quality: Ensure all maintenance work performed on site meets Health & Safety and Quality requirements.
6. Maintenance and Reliability: Drives the Maintenance and Reliability initiative focused on Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.
7. Maintenance Department Management: Overall responsibility for the adherence to site Maintenance Department management.
8. Maintenance Technician Group Management: Managing maintenance technician group.
9. Maintenance Procedures: Managing, maintaining, and establishing maintenance procedures for production lines in a GMP manufacturing environment to ensure production meets or performs better than budget.
10. Plant Optimization: Supporting plant optimization across production, filling, and packing, utilities, and intake.
11. Performance Standards: Establishing performance standards and optimizing performance across all processes in the plant.
12. Data Analysis: Utilizing data insights to recommend interventions to drive performance.
13. Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities to enhance plant performance and drive KPI improvement.
14. Utilities Management: Managing utilities.
