Head of Retail and Brand Experience – West of Ireland
Our client, an iconic Irish brand with over a century of heritage in premium home and furniture retailing, is looking for a Head of Retail and Brand Experience in Mayo, Connacht. Known for their exceptional quality and design, this role is a fantastic job opportunity to make a big impact on the business. Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for leading the retail and online customer journey.
Duties of this Head of Retail and Brand Experience role include:
* Oversee daily operations across all retail stores, maintaining high standards in customer experience, and commercial performance.
* Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising, promotions, and brand standards across all locations.
* Collaborate with internal teams on seasonal planning, product launches, marketing campaigns, and in-store initiatives.
* Lead the e-commerce strategy, including site functionality, product presentation, customer service standards, and fulfilment operations.
* Manage and coach retail leaders and store teams to exceed sales targets and drive continuous performance improvement.
Skills and experience required of the Head of Retail and Brand Experience Role:
* Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role, ideally with responsibility across multiple sites or a flagship location.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify market opportunities.
* Skilled in using data to drive improvements and support strategic goals.
* Experience leading, managing, and developing retail teams to achieve results.
* Passionate about the luxury, high-end retail sector.
* Flexibility to travel nationwide as needed.
