Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Signal, you'll be at the front line of our growth engine. You'll connect with accounting firms and finance leaders every day, introduce them to Signal's products, and qualify opportunities for our Account Executive team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the phone, loves closing micro-wins daily, and wants to build a career in high-performance B2B sales within the fintech and software industry.

What You'll Do

* Outbound Prospecting: Make 60–100+ outbound calls per day to accounting firms and finance departments using our prospect lists in Apollo and HubSpot.
* Qualify Leads: Engage with decision-makers (Managing Partners, CFOs, Finance Directors) to uncover challenges and assess fit for Signal's products (SignalOS, Learnsignal, and related training solutions).
* Book Meetings: Secure qualified demos or consultations for Account Executives and track conversion metrics daily.
* CRM Discipline: Maintain clean, accurate records in HubSpot with notes, statuses, and next steps for every contact.
* Campaign Execution: Follow proven outreach sequences while personalising your approach for key prospects and industries.
* Collaborate: Work closely with the Marketing and AE teams to optimise messaging, sequences, and conversion rates.

Experience Required

* 1–2 years of telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing experience preferred (ideally in B2B or SaaS environments).
* Proven success in meeting or exceeding daily call and meeting-booking targets.
* Experience using HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools (a plus but not required).
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Pay: €27,000.00-€350,000.00 per year
