Job Title: Lead Facilities Engineer
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all planned, reactive and preventative tasks are completed to the highest standards. This will involve working collaboratively with the facilities manager and on-site teams to ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with local legislation.
* Maintain records as required by Operational, Regulatory and Statutory practice.
* Adhere to the Maintenance Management System in all engineering practices, including planned and reactive tasks.
* Ensure that all team members are trained to meet legal requirements and facilitate cross-training to maintain team backup.
* Oversee site technicians and planning scheduler ensure plans for building plant equipment systems services level agreements fully met or exceeded at completion of each task regardless whether proactive scheduled reactive based work requests full five star rated managed retention active both people plant environment efficiently maximum utilizing existing available resources alike suitable tailored fulfillment project solutions responsive answer equally vibrant needs separate skills scalable process improved. :
