Service Team Lead
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our service team and drive customer satisfaction.
* Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a high-performing team of service engineers and align daily plans with customer needs.
2. Identify skill gaps, plan training programs, and motivate the team to improve customer satisfaction.
3. Handle Level 1 and 2 escalations, collaborate with technical experts for guidance.
4. Support customers under warranty and service agreements.
5. Contribute to business strategy, drive value-added service products.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor cleanroom operations, preferably as a team lead.
* In-depth understanding of fab service requirements, procedures, and protocols.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to handle stressful situations and lead the team to overcome challenges.
