Business Development Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a strong focus on meeting customer needs.
* Generate accurate sales quotes within 24 hours of request and coordinate with Operations and Finance teams to manage the full order lifecycle.
* Log all customer interactions in CRM to ensure data accuracy and up-to-date records.
* Monitor and report on customer responsiveness and activity using CRM tools and engagement metrics.
* 13 years experience in business development, customer service, or sales support (B2B environment preferred).
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Experience with CRM systems.
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and operational discipline.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with renewable energy sector is an advantage.
