Service Engineer
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities backed by an electrical mechanical background. They will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while working on a diverse range of coffee equipment repair and preventative maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out various coffee equipment repair and maintenance tasks, from fault finding to diagnosis, ensuring all equipment is left in good working order.
* Ensuring all work meets the correct equipment setup as per agreed specifications, guaranteeing consistent coffee quality and first-time fix rates.
* Collaborating with the central call centre, receiving day-to-day instructions and keeping them updated to inform waiting customers.
* Adhering to on-site arrival procedures, contacting a manager or supervisor to introduce yourself and seek permission to commence work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills with an electrical mechanical background
* Customer service-focused
* Full training will be provided
* Computer literate with a clean driving license
* Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work, location, and hours
