Senior MS Dynamics Platform Lead

About the Position
This role will lead the delivery and transition to BAU of a live Microsoft Dynamics–based Housing Management System on the M365 platform. Additional functionality, integrations, and architectural improvements will be delivered to ensure scalability, resilience, and alignment with the wider digital roadmap.
You will provide technical leadership across the platform, manage external delivery partners, lead a multi-disciplinary programme team, and retain ownership of the application in BAU.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Architecture
* Own and govern solution architecture across Dynamics and M365
* Lead architectural improvements for scalability, performance, security, and compliance
* Act as technical authority for complex design and delivery decisions
* Ensure best-practice use of Dynamics, Power Platform, and Azure
Delivery & Integration
* Lead the design and delivery of new Dynamics functionality
* Ensure integration with existing systems and data platforms
* Maintain accountability for delivery milestones and quality assurance
Team & Stakeholder Leadership
* Lead a seconded, multi-disciplinary programme team
* Provide coaching and technical guidance
* Act as the primary technical liaison for senior business stakeholders
Application Support & Governance
* Own the application in BAU, including incident management and change control
* Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and audit requirements
* Maintain effective programme governance, risk management, and reporting
The Person
Essential Experience
* Significant experience leading enterprise-scale M365 / Dynamics programmes
* Strong technical leadership in Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments
* Experience managing external vendors and system integrators
* Solid knowledge of Power Platform and Azure
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Desirable
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect or Developer certification
* Programme or project management qualifications
* Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps practices
