We're seeking a thoughtful and driven Scrum Master to lead the Ericsson Intelligent Controller (EIC) Product Staging Functional team.
The team's purpose is to provide credible, reliable and fast feedback to microservices teams on the impact their commit has on the product, enabling high quality and frequent software delivery.
The team requires a leader who will foster a collaborative, user-focused and resilient team culture. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enabling others, challenging the status quo, and delivering impactful feedback that improves product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support the Product Staging functional team, collaborating cross functionally across our primary Cloud Program Departments to achieve the team's purpose.
* Lead and facilitate the Program Daily Comms, a high visibility and key forum that requires excellent communication skills and up to date knowledge of program priorities and product evolution to ensure alignment, clarity and momentum across EIC teams.
* Build trust with our stakeholders through consistent support, collaboration and excellent communication.
* Make decisions that protect the credibility of the team and the product.
* Be inquisitive and challenge the status quo, using the DORA metrics and KPIs to make data driven decisions.
* Build clarity and consensus in uncertainty, making progress even when the path forward is not fully defined.
* Stay up to date with evolving priorities and strategy across the program and execute accordingly.
* Advocate for stakeholder needs during team decision making and in program meetings.
* Champion a continuous improvement mindset (e.g. processes, tools and feedback), encouraging innovation while maintaining reliability and integrity.
* Foster a psychologically safe environment where feedback is welcomed, valued and acted upon.
* Proactively support your team's growth through coaching and mentoring.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience in leading teams technically.
* Strong understanding of DORA metrics, the software development cycle, software testing and CI/CD principles an advantage.
* Skilled in analysing data and trends to inform decisions an improve efficiency.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality outcomes.
* Excellent critical thinking, organizational and communication skills.
* Passion for fostering inclusive, innovative and collaborative team cultures.
* Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and build trust across teams.
* Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
