Your responsibilities
This role will report into the Only Representative Services Manager to provide technical and client services to include:
* Client relationship management – to ensure client satisfaction and develop further business opportunities
* Receive, respond to, or delegate enquires from clients, their customers, REACH Consortia and European Regulatory Authorities
* Manage the upload and data quality management for substance information onto H2 Compliance systems and to the European Chemical Agency (ECHA)
* Supporting multiple Chemical licensing (e.g. REACH) projects including financial processes and SIEF/Consortia Engagement
* Develop, maintain and report program metrics
* Provide support for regular client reporting (seeking information, engaging with clients to ensure timely delivery, processing data, issuing certificates of compliance to parties in the supply chain, support internal audits to ensure the correct set of client data is maintained on record to meet regulatory requirements)
* Support team and client to ensure their full compliance with meeting challenging legislation-driven deadlines
* Engage with the team to support development and enhancement of internally developed IT platform, element1
These tasks are not exhaustive and it is expected that your responsibilities will evolve over time, dependent on the needs of the business. We also encourage applicants who meet most of the responsibilities of the role to apply, even if experience in all aspects has not yet been attained.

* 1-3 years' experience working within a complex administrative function
* A scientific qualification, preferably within Chemical or Life Sciences
