With a strong presence in Ireland, the business prides itself on maintaining a collaborative, safe, and inclusive work environment, underpinned by a commitment to excellence, sustainability, and continuous improvement.Role OverviewThe People Partner (HR) will work closely with the Manager, People Strategy & Operations and Senior People Partners to provide HR guidance, coaching, and support to managers and employees. This is a hands-on, site-based role supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance, compliance, and employee engagement — within a manufacturing environment.You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with managers, helping them lead high-performing teams, and ensuring the company remains compliant with Irish employment law. You’ll also support work permit and visa processes, lead training initiatives, manage attendance tracking, and contribute to HR projects that enhance the employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with managers to address HR issues, policies, and procedures; coach and support them in managing their teams.Build strong, trust-based relationships across the business, promoting fairness, equal opportunity, and team collaboration.Manage onboarding, employee training, hourly evaluations, and employee record-keeping.Oversee attendance tracking, leave of absence processes, and ensure timely, accurate reporting.Handle employee relations matters, including performance management, progressive discipline, and conflict resolution.Support visa and work permit applications for employees.Lead and coordinate training sessions, development programmes, and engagement activities.Maintain compliance with Irish employment legislation and ensure managers are aware of legal requirements.Drive continuous improvement in HR policies, processes, and tools.Support site-level events, employee recognition programmes, and workplace services.'Key RequirementsStrong knowledge of Irish employment law (Irish national or equivalent expertise essential).HR experience (preferably in manufacturing) with a focus on employee relations.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience supporting visa/work permit processes.Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with HR systems.Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsCompetitive salary (€50,000)Opportunity to work with a respected global manufacturing leader.Professional development and training opportunities.Supportive, collaborative team culture.If this is of interest please apply on LinkedIn or email george.taylor@everec.co.uk
