Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* They will also supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and labourers on site, ensuring that all safety regulations are complied with.
* Additionally, they will conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, and prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, records, and budgets.
In order to succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, and have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in site engineering within the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations is essential, as well as proficiency in using engineering and project management software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
* The ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other technical documentation is crucial, as is strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
