Job Description

The Sourcing Specialist will play a key role in the early stages of our recruitment process. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent for various business-focused roles. This includes operations, risk, compliance, product, marketing and people functions.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Proactive sourcing: Utilising a range of sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract passive candidates.
* Candidate engagement: Crafting compelling outreach messages that showcase our unique culture and opportunities.
* Pipeline management: Building and maintaining robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
* Market research: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market insights and competitor landscapes to inform sourcing strategies.
* Data & reporting: Tracking and analysing sourcing metrics to identify areas for improvement.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruitment, talent acquisition or related business support role.
* A strong interest in sourcing and a solid understanding of various sourcing methodologies and tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.
* A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to independently identify and resolve challenges.
