Offer description

Join a Firm That Puts People First

Fordel is an Irish financial advisory firm providing Family Office, Investment Consultancy and Wealth Management services to individuals and families.

Our Family Office and Investment Consultancy Services team – originally launched as Argeau in 2020 – now advises many of Ireland's most successful individuals and families (UHNW clients) on the management of more than €2 billion in assets. Leveraging Fordel's deep expertise and global network, we offer a highly personalised service that mirrors the resources, discretion and objectivity of a dedicated Family Office – without the complexity or cost of building one from scratch. This team also delivers institutional level Investment Consultancy services including running RFPs, ongoing reporting, and performance, cost & risk benchmarking.

Fordel is at an exciting juncture as we broaden into Ireland's go-to Wealth Manager for high-net-worth clients. Our Family Office division is a core pillar of the Fordel Group, and
we are now seeking an exceptional Head of Family Office Services to lead, scale and elevate this offering as we enter our next stage of growth.

The Role

As Head of Family Office Services, you will lead the strategic direction, growth and day-to-day delivery of our Family Office and Investment Consultancy division. Based in our Dublin headquarters and reporting directly to our CEO Stephen Felle, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with some of Ireland's most successful individuals and families, shaping the evolution of our offering, and ensuring Fordel continues to set the standard for client experience, technical excellence and innovation in the Irish market.

This is a unique opportunity to build something significant in the Wealth Management landscape over the years ahead—working closely with Fordel's leadership team, guiding a high-performing group of professionals and helping us scale our Family Office and Investment Consultancy services across the island of Ireland.

What You'll Do

* Lead and scale Fordel's Family Office and Consultancy division, setting strategic priorities and driving execution across service delivery, operations and client experience.
* Act as principal adviser to a select group of UHNW clients, providing high-touch guidance on financial planning, governance, structuring, liquidity events and multi-generational needs.
* Oversee provider benchmarking, due diligence, portfolio oversight and the development of bespoke planning solutions.
* Strengthen relationships with clients' wider professional teams, including tax advisers, legal counsel, trustees, investment managers and corporate finance advisers.
* Lead new UHNW client onboarding from initial introduction through to implementation and long-term partnership.
* Enhance and continually refine Fordel's Family Office infrastructure, including reporting frameworks, processes, governance and operational capabilities.
* Mentor, support and develop team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
* Work closely with the CEO, CIO and senior leadership team on firm-wide initiatives, business development, branding and long-term strategy.
* Represent Fordel at industry events, with professional intermediaries and within key networks to support business development and brand building.

What You'll Bring

* 7+ years' experience advising high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, ideally within Private Client Tax, Investment Advisory, Wealth Management, Private Banking or a Single/Multi-Family Office environment.
* Deep expertise in succession planning, governance, liquidity events, structuring and complex family dynamics.
* Proven capability managing senior-level client relationships and delivering solutions to highly sophisticated individuals and their professional teams.
* Demonstrable leadership experience—able to inspire, develop and elevate a growing team.
* Relevant professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
* Strong analytical and technical skills, with fluency in financial planning, investment oversight and project management.
* Exceptional emotional intelligence, judgment, discretion and the ability to build trust quickly.
* A strategic, commercial mindset with the ability to balance detail, diplomacy and long-term thinking.

Why Join Fordel?

* Lead a core division of one of Ireland's fastest-growing Wealth Management firms.
* Work with some of Ireland's wealthiest families and the trusted professionals who advise them.
* Be part of a mission-driven team that prioritises excellence, integrity and long-term relationships.
* Make a meaningful impact from day one, in a firm where your voice is heard and your work is valued.
* Shape your career within a business committed to personal wellbeing, professional development and building a best-in-class client platform.
* Receive a highly competitive senior compensation package, including performance-linked bonuses and the potential for equity ownership.
