The Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a Dublin-based Customer Service team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer support, processing sales orders, resolving queries and collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
2. Handle customer calls, queries and complaints
3. Resolve pricing, product and delivery queries
4. Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
5. Maintain accurate customer records and administration
6. Meet individual and team performance targets
About You:
7. 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
8. Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
9. Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail
10. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
11. Experience in healthcare and/or SAP is an advantage
