We want an energetic, motivated, enthusiastic fitness professional to join our team for a part-time coaching role.
As a Part-Time Personal Trainer/Coach, you will play a vital role in our team, focusing on providing exceptional coaching experiences to our clients.
You will not be required to bring in your own clients or engage in sales/marketing activities, allowing you to concentrate on delivering high-quality coaching sessions and supporting our clients in achieving their fitness goals.
We have locations in Dublin 11 and Dublin 14 and there will be hours available in one only or across both locations depending on preference and availability.
The main responsibilities of the role will be coaching our small personal training sessions (further details below).
Coaching Sessions:
* Deliver small group personal training sessions to people with a wide rage of experience and skill levels.
* Sessions will take place during a mix of early mornings, evenings, and Saturday mornings (role will predominantly be evening shifts, but flexibility to match shifts based on availability).
* Contribute to main programming for groups.
* Basic facility upkeep as part of opening and closing.
Requirements:
* Qualified Personal Trainer with a genuine passion for fitness coaching.
* Proficiency in teaching squat, bench press, and deadlift movements to a high technical standard.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients, fostering a supportive and motivating environment.
* Enthusiastic and motivated individual with a positive attitude towards coaching and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
* Must have reliable transportation or a viable commute to the gym
* Must be available to work Monday evenings 4pm-8pm, some flexibility in other shifts/hours after that.
* Interest or proficiency in social media, photography, or videography is advantageous though not required.
Our onboarding will bring you up to speed on all of our systems & processes, along with filling in any gaps in technical coaching knowledge/skills... but the #1 thing you need is one that can't be taught – how to get on well with people.
So if you're the kind of person who makes the room brighter for everyone else, please apply now.
How to Apply:
If you're excited about the opportunity to join our team and meet the above criteria, please submit your CV along with a brief cover note outlining your experience and your availability during the week.
Ensure that you have checked your commute to the gym and can accommodate the session start times. Immediate availability is preferred.
Note: This role offers a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated fitness professional to be part of our well-established gym environment. We prioritise growth & development, and seek individuals who are not only skilled in coaching, but also passionate about making a positive impact on our clients' lives. It would be very well suited for someone looking to gain some experience and transition into the industry, or for someone who would like some set income alongside their own online or personal training business.
If this resonates with you, we encourage you to apply.
