Design Build Search is seeking aSenior Structural BIM Technicianon behalf of our client, a leading Engineering Consultancy firm based in Co. Waterford. This position focuses on supporting leading clients across sectors such as pharmaceutical, industrial, commercial, and healthcare. It offers the chance to take ownership as a BIM specialist, overseeing BIM delivery on significant projects with a high level of autonomy. Responsibilities Create 3D models in Autodesk Revit and produce clear, accurate 2D drawings Coordinate models across different disciplines, handling clash detection and spatial coordination, and attend BIM meetings on behalf of our client Take on Appointed Party or Lead Appointed Party responsibilities in line with I.S.
