Gather, analyse, and document business and product requirements
Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
Support the day‑to‑day coordination and delivery of projects
Work closely with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and reviews
Manage and maintain backlogs using Jira
Create process maps, flow diagrams, and visual documentation
Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions, including whiteboard‑based collaboration
Contribute to ongoing product and service improvements
Experience & Skills
2–3 years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
Some exposure to project delivery or project coordination
Hands‑on experience using Jira
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and sprint planning
Experience working directly with software developers
Ability to produce clear flow charts, diagrams, and process documentation
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable leading discussions and working visually using whiteboards
Nice to Have
Experience working in product‑led or service delivery teams
Exposure to Agile tools and delivery frameworks
Interest in developing toward broader delivery, product, or project leadership roles
Experience with using LLMs to help capture specification, create documentation, and help scope solutions for subsequent implementation by the developers
