Overview
Mastercard’s Employee Access Management program is responsible for providing end-to-end services to support both physical and digital access by internal employees to Mastercard systems and applications.
The Role
Deliver major projects and complex assignments with broad scope and long-term business implications. Conceptualize, rationalize, and drive multiple simultaneous projects to deliver engineering work across the portfolio in our scrum execution model. Contribute to strategies and design choices to build comprehensive, believable, and achievable execution plans for new features and capabilities. Drive execution of features or projects spanning multiple teams and integrations, reporting status along the way. Work with senior leadership to track and report multiple streams of work.

* Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate clearly with executive leadership.
* Ability to multi-task and track several projects simultaneously.
* Experience running Scrum and familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA.
* Manage scrum teams to build, operate, and maintain software.
* Results-oriented, with the ability to communicate objectives and success metrics.
* Develop and drive team metrics using in-house and vendor tools.
* Act as Scrum Master / SAFe agilist, facilitate ceremonies, and implement Agile methodologies.
* Deep understanding of platform capabilities and underlying technologies.
* Proven data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement experience.
* Ability to debate delivery strategies with various teams and communicate effectively with all levels.
* Guide, mentor, and coach teams on Agile Scrum, SAFe, and TDD principles.
* Remove impediments and foster a trusting, safe environment for the team.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams across locations.
* Maintain and present project information and metrics for leadership.
* Coordinate automation, defect metrics, and quality initiatives.
* Recommend strategic directions and policy changes.
* Lead project/program management activities related to cost, schedule, and quality.
* Own collection and reporting of platform metrics.
* Work with stakeholders to define requirements and API strategies.
* Decompose requirements into user stories, prioritize backlog, and define acceptance criteria.
* Support MasterCard’s Streaming Cluster Development team.
* Gather requirements from global stakeholders and document them.
* Support API data management and reporting systems.
* Identify and drive automation solutions for data discovery and reporting.
* Support internal team’s data requests.
* Lead cross-functional teams on complex business issues.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Sciences or related field preferred.
* Knowledge of software development concepts and methodologies.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work under pressure, self-motivated.
