* Manage daily car park operations, optimizing revenue and maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
* Deal with customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues effectively.
* Conduct regular security patrols, record key logs accurately and maintain a secure environment.
* Complete administrative tasks thoroughly, adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Maintain Health and Safety Compliance on site, including fire checks and risk assessments.
* Produce detailed reports for senior management, providing insights and highlighting site issues.
* Support team members in achieving daily and weekly targets within agreed timeframes.
* Train colleagues and new hires as required, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
* Offer administrative support to line management when needed, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
* Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a similar industry.
* Able to achieve results and meet service delivery requirements, driving business growth and improvement.
* Effective interaction with customers at all levels, fostering strong relationships and building trust.

* Proficient in technology, including Excel, and comfortable with learning new systems and processes.
This is a full-time role, working an average of 40 hours per week on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
