* Take and input telephone and app orders correctly into the system.
* Maintain a clean and organized counter area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
* Stay up-to-date with ongoing training in food safety, hygiene, health, and safety, and customer service.
