Job Summary:
The Business Analyst supports HR and technology initiatives by gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The role works closely with local SMEs, HRIS, and project teams to streamline processes, support testing and go‑lives, and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and process documentation
* Identify gaps between business needs and technical solutions
* Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
* Support alignment of local processes with global standards
* Track and escalate risks and issues as required
* Support testing, cutover, and go-live activities
* Contribute to project planning, reporting, and change prioritisation
Required Qualifications:
* Experience as a Business Analyst supporting HR, technology, or process‑driven projects.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to develop clear process and requirements documentation.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project/task management tools.
