Main purpose of the role:
Accurate delivery of online grocery orders from store to customer
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
* Minimum 1 year experience in grocery retail
* Accuracy, attention to detail, organised and flexible
* Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Main duties:
* Accurate delivery of online grocery orders from store to customer.
* Safe and legal driving and compliance with company and legal policies whilst representing the brand.
* Supervise the department as required by your line manager.
* To carry out operational training and coaching e.g. chemical training or machine training as well as the implementation of new processes and procedures.
* To maintain best practice standards across the departments at all times and to assist in the creation of a positive working environment for colleagues within their department.
* Additional duties will be assigned according to the department needs and in line with the requirements of the business, including new technologies and processes
