Senior Quantity Surveyor (Hybrid) A well-established Main Contractor in Galway is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding team. Role & Duties: Manage the production of monthly Value Cost Reconciliation and Forecasting reports. Oversee the preparation and agreement of monthly project Payment Claims. Manage the preparation of Internal and External Project Cashflow information. Lead Change Control including identification, negotiation, and agreement. Assess and quantify the effects of delay and disruption on projects. Monitor and manage all commercial aspects of assigned projects. Procure Subcontractors & Suppliers, compile and issue Subcontracts. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Minimum 6 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role. Contractually and commercially astute. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience administering RIAI, GCC, and bespoke contracts. IT literate, with experience in Cubit, CostX & COINS software preferable. Full driving licence required.
