Job Summary
Due to continued growth in our business, Healthwave is recruiting Full-Time Customer Support Agents to join our team at Dundrum Town Centre (Dublin 16).
* This is a customer-focused role supporting patients across Ireland with their prescriptions and healthcare product orders.
* You'll work on-site as part of our Customer Support Team, with a Team Leader and team members based in Dundrum—we do not outsource our customer support.
* Full training is provided, and you'll be supported with a buddy/pairing system until you're fully comfortable in the role. You'll also be working in a friendly, supportive environment with the pharmacy team co-located on-site, making it easy to get quick answers and resolve queries efficiently.
Working hours
* Monday to Friday
* Shifts cover business hours 8:00am–6:00pm
* Up to 40 hours per week
Location & Hybrid option
* The role is based on-site in Dundrum for training and during your probation period.
* A hybrid working arrangement may be offered after a 6-month probation period, at the company's discretion, based on performance and business needs.

What you'll do
Following training, you will support our patients by:
* Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
* Placing orders on behalf of customers
* Liaising with the on-site pharmacy team to resolve customer issues
* Processing customer payments securely and accurately
* Tracking deliveries and helping resolve any delivery-related issues

Key responsibilities
* Provide a high standard of customer service across phone and messaging channels (including social media/text where required)
* Respond promptly, clearly, and professionally to customer requests
* Proactively trace delayed parcels and work towards resolution
* Liaise closely with the pharmacy team to ensure issues are resolved quickly
* Contribute ideas to improve our customer experience and support processes

Requirements (for shortlisting)
* Experience in a customer service role
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
* Comfortable using computers and web-based applications as part of day-to-day work
Nice to have
* Familiarity with ticketing/phone systems such as Zendesk, 3CX, or similar
* Pharmacy experience (advantage, but not essential)
