Senior Search Consultant at Connexus Recruit Connexus are supporting well-established retailer to hire a Senior Marketing Manager to lead their marketing team and shape the next phase of the brand's journey.
This is a senior leadership role, sitting within the wider management team, where you'll have full responsibility for marketing strategy and delivery—working across both online and offline channels.
It's a hands-on position, ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with day-to-day execution and team development.
What you'll be doing: Leading the development and execution of the annual marketing plan Overseeing brand activity across digital, traditional and in-store campaigns Managing agency and vendor relationships to ensure strong delivery Working closely with senior stakeholders across sales, retail, and ecommerce Driving performance through data, reporting and team KPIs Supporting and growing a collaborative, creative internal team What we're looking for: Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior marketing role Experience working in a retail or product-focused environment Strong leadership, communication and project management skills Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing Commercial mindset and ability to measure impact through performance metrics Please note only candidates who meet the criteria will be contacted.
