Senior Project Engineer (Packaging)required for a South Dublin–based pharmaceutical client.ResponsibilitiesUpgrades to high-speed packaging equipmentNew product introductions within the packaging environment, including format parts procurement and CQVGeneral asset care and equipment upgrades across all packaging areasStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering documents such as equipment layouts, P&IDs, and vendor design documentationExtensive experience managing the full project lifecycle from concept through to handover and training, including:Concept & basic designCapEx applicationsProcurementBudget, schedule, and scope managementSupplier interface and detailed design managementEHS input and complianceEquipment installation and CQV managementHandover to end users and trainingStrong knowledge of project management methodologiesAwareness of current best practices in pharmaceutical engineering and familiarity with GMP and other regulationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering7–10 years' experience running/managing projects through the full lifecyclePrevious project management experience within packaging in a regulated environmentPharmaceutical experience is an advantage but not essentialStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
