The primary purpose of a Service Engineer will be the service and maintenance of intruder, access control, CCTV, and Intercom systems.Key Responsibilities - Service EngineerUndertake the service and maintenance of electronic security systems - as scheduled by our Service Manager.
Ensure that Service and maintenanceworks are completed on time.
Carry out reactive calls as and when required.
Manage your personal vehicle and vehicle stock
Be a member of the out of hours on-call rota and standby rota when required.
Comply with the Company Health & Safety requirements.
Liaise with Electrical Contractors and Customers at a local and site level.
Ensure all works are completed to an acceptable level in line with G4 S standards and to the customers satisfaction.
Represent the Company in a professional manner.
Always maintain the highest standards of quality.
Minimize waste and the effect on the environment as per company policies.
Respond to all communications within an appropriate time.
