 
        
        We are looking for a Full-time Catering Support Manager to join our team in West of Ireland
Working pattern Monday- Friday from 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00
*Driving is mandatory for this role*
Main duties and responsibilities:
 * Coach & train the catering teams to enhance skills and knowledge
 * Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring each site delivers consistent service, quality, and client satisfaction.
 * Fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, ensuring compliance delivery of our catering training modules
 * Collaborate with our leadership team on new initiatives, menu rollouts, promotional campaigns, and future openings.
 * Work closely with marketing, HR, training, and culinary teams to deliver company objectives and support continuous innovation.
 * Responsibility for organizing chef relief cover
 * Budget Responsibility for regional Food Costs Performance.
 * Food Safety Compliance Responsibility
Requirements:
 * Food hygiene qualification (minimum Food Safety/HACCP Level 2) with awareness of HACCP principles.
 * Proficient in stock management and cost control.
 * Experience in employee performance assessment and team development
 * Flexibility and adaptability with attention to detail, and a self-starting attitude
 * Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (verbal, written, and IT/reporting)
 * Ability to work as part of a team
