**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Service Advisor to join our dynamic Global Division. As a Client Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the successful management of a portfolio of global inward businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a portfolio of varied global inward businesses within a busy and proactive broking environment.
* Handle clients' renewals from start to finish, assisting with mid-term alterations, dealing with general day-to-day client and carrier queries, and administrative duties pertaining to same.
* Provide support to our designated claims team in the handling of insurance claims.
* Provide assistance as required to colleagues across a range of general lines products.
* Review policy wording.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Relevant broking experience.
* CIP qualification (minimum) or progress to ACII (desirable).
* Meet the Central Bank Fitness & Probity standards.
* Provide evidence of compliance with maintaining CPD hours (min 2 years).
* A desire to improve knowledge across a range of General insurance products.
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills with ability to work to strict deadlines.
* Great teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.
* Ability to prioritize workload and deliver on objectives.
* Show a strong dedication to understanding customer needs and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft platforms (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
