Assistant Investment Accountant
About the Role:
* We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist with investment accounting operations.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for daily cash-matching, running reports, and maintaining accurate records.
* This role involves posting investment accounting journals in the general ledger system and reconciling balances on a regular basis.
Responsibilities Include:
* Monthly close cycle activities including balance sheet account reconciliations,
* Gathering of necessary data for financial reporting across various local regions,
* Fiscal period-end activities such as preparing various investments-related reports,
Required Skills & Qualifications:
h4>You should have an analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. You must also possess strong time management abilities, along with effective communication skills.
h4>A good understanding of finance principles is essential. Proficiency in computer applications particularly MS Office or similar software suite would be advantageous.
h4>A high degree of accuracy coupled with attention to details when handling financial information is vital.
