Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager, based in Donegal. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing shifts, resolving guest issues promptly and professionally, and upholding the highest standards of service. The role also involves monitoring the overall operation of the hotel and addressing unexpected situations efficiently.
Qualifications
* Strong leadership, organization, and staff management skills
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively
* Experience in operational supervision within the hospitality industry
* Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Good understanding of health and safety regulations in a hospitality setting
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
* Relevant education in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus but not required
* Prior experience in a hotel or related environment is highly desirable
