What you will do
PGIM Ireland is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Associateto join our finance team on a12-month fixed-term contract. Based in our state of the art Letterkenny office on a hybrid basis, this is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of financial operations, supporting both our Irish and Luxembourg entities. The successful candidate will play a key role in core accounting processes while also contributing to broader initiatives and projects that drive operational excellence.
What you can expect
* Manage theAccounts Payablefunction for PGIM Luxembourg, including invoice and payment processing, and posting of accruals journals.
* Ensure timely and accurateintercompany invoicingon a monthly and quarterly basis, in line with corporate deadlines.
* Respond toAccounts Receivable and Payablequeries efficiently and professionally.
* Prepare and submitVAT returnsfor PGIM Luxembourg.
* Maintain theFixed Assets registerfor PGIM Luxembourg.
* Assist in the preparation ofquarterly financials, including journal entries and account reconciliations for both entities.
* Support the preparation and review ofintercompany accountsandannual statutory accounts for both Irish and Lux entities.
* Contribute to the development ofinternal financial reportsand liaise withexternal auditorsduring the annual audit process of both entities.
* Participate inad hoc projects and initiatives, offering valuable input and gaining exposure to various aspects of the finance function in both entities.
What you will bring
* Currently pursuing a relevantaccounting qualification, with a degree in business, finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of2 years’ experiencein a finance or accounting role.
* Proficiency in usingcomputerised financial systems; experience withOracle Financialsis a plus.
* Aself-starterwith the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
* Exceptionalattention to detailand a commitment to accuracy.

* Solid understanding ofmonthly reconciliationsand a keen eye for identifying process improvement opportunities.
