We're looking for a high-calibre, adaptable, and confident Oversight Lead to join our team in Ireland.
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee up to 7 team members working toward their APA qualifications in General Insurance, ensuring they meet regulatory standards while delivering exceptional service.
Job title: Oversight Supervisor (MCC Coach)
What You'll Be Doing:Mentoring and supervising advisors and team coaches on their journey to full MCC accreditation.Ensuring compliance with the Central Bank of Ireland's Minimum Competency Code.Coaching team members through complex queries and early-stage complaints.Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, and Reporting.Driving continuous improvement and supporting digital transformation initiatives.Maintaining a strong risk culture and robust control environment.This role reports to the Service Delivery Manager and includes travel within and outside Ireland (up to 30%).
