Senior Architectural Technologist - Commercial
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Limerick City.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop architectural projects from inception to site, ensuring compliance with Irish Building Regulations and legislation.
* Prepare statutory consent applications, detailed design, tender, and construction documentation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
* Pursue design innovation areas such as modular construction and prefabricated systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology.
* 10+ years of post-graduation experience in developing architectural projects.
* Registration with professional bodies such as RIAI, CIAT, CIOB etc.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of Revit.
* Valid driver's license with access to a car for site visits.
Package:
Salary negotiable depending on experience, ranging from €50,000 to €70,000.
