The Role
* Provide administrative and compliance support to the firm's Compliance team
* Assist with day-to-day compliance monitoring and internal checks
* Support AML/KYC processes, including client due diligence and onboarding reviews
* Maintain accurate compliance records, registers, and documentation
* Assist with regulatory filings, audits, and internal reviews
* Respond to compliance-related queries from across the business
* Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures
The Person
* Minimum 1 year's experience in a compliance, risk, or regulatory support role
* Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
* Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance systems
