Job Title: Critical Care Nurse - Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced cardiac catheterization laboratory environment.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective management of patient flow and emergency cardiac admissions.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients undergoing complex cardiac procedures.
* Participate in clinical audits and research activities to promote evidence-based practice and improve patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records of patient information and contribute to the development of quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 4 years' experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory or coronary care setting.
* Competency in ECG interpretation or willingness to undertake study for same.
* Evidence of continuous professional development.
