Sonas Technical are looking to recruit a Data Centre Project Manager in Louth. Our client is a leading Construction contractor with projects based throughout Ireland and Europe.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management, coordination, and execution of the full project scope of works or an identified scope of works or package of works on a project, including the delivery of all such designated site activities, while meeting the project objectives set out for Health and Safety, Design, Technical, Quality, Program, and Commercial.
* They will lead, manage, and motivate their team members, driving a high-performance culture through developing people to their full potential.
* They will develop, maintain, and foster collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and all other project stakeholders.
The successful candidate will also be expected to seek and promote continuous improvement and best practice across their team and the wider project team, including exploring new methods, approaches, and technologies to improve project delivery.
* They will execute ongoing short to medium-term effective project planning to mitigate project risks and deliver on stakeholder expectations.
In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have a relevant Third-level Degree in Engineering, 7+ years post-qualification experience, and proven experience as a Senior Project Manager running large projects related to Data Centres/Pharma/Industrial.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
