(Mid/Senior) Innovation Manager (m/f/d)Location: RemoteReports To: Director Innovation - Pharma SoftwareAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Innovation Manager to join our team and help shape the future of digital transformation in the life sciences industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of science, technology, and entrepreneurship. We are looking for someone who can think holistically, communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and partners, and lead the innovation activities for KPHS.Key Responsibilities• Manage together with the Director Innovation the innovation project portfolio• Support teams evaluate innovation and business potential and strategic fit of ideas• Lead projects through the innovation pipeline: from idea generation to validation and implementation. • Identify and assess new technologies, business models, and trends in pharma and life sciences.• Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders from sales, product and services globally • Drive internal awareness and external visibility of the company's innovation activities.• Develop and refine innovation processes, including organizing ideation workshops, hackathons, and design thinking sessions internally and with customers.Ideal Candidate Profile• Education: Degree in Economics, Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. • Experience:o 3+ years in innovation management with proven track record in innovation projectso Experience in Pharma manufacturing is a pluso Experience in consulting, product management, or strategic advisory roles.• Skills:o Ability to translate ideas into digital solutions and customer value.o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.o Comfortable working across disciplines—science, software, and business.o Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership is a plus.o Passion for technology, digitalization, and the future of pharma and life science manufacturing.o Understanding of GMP/GAMP principles and CSV is a plusWhat We Offer• A high level of autonomy and freedom to shape your role and direction.• Opportunities to lead and influence the innovation strategy of KPHS.• A collaborative, mission-driven environment where your voice matters.• The chance to shape the digitization of pharma and life sciences.
