Job Summary

* This role is responsible for applying compensation and benefits principles, processes, and best practices to support programs related to employee remuneration and welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct internal data audits and provide support for external vendor-related activities.
* Develop and test program guidelines, review proposed recommendations, and analyze and develop pay recommendations during the annual review process.
* Seek knowledge on end-to-end compensation benchmarking processes and conduct ad-hoc compensation and benefits analyses and FLSA studies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure existing compensation, benefits, and leave programs are market competitive, align with corporate objectives, and comply with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in Compensation, Employer Benefits, Benefits Consulting, or a related field.
* Technical proficiency in relevant laws and regulations.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information and negotiate effectively.
