Overview
Senior Partnerships Manager – License role at Primark. This role is part of the Marketing Comms leadership team and is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive license marketing strategy and engaging campaigns with partners from Disney to Netflix to NFL. The role focuses on delivering impactful marketing communications for license campaigns across multiple customer touchpoints.

What You’ll Do
* Strategy: Develop the marketing strategy and channel approach across different verticals within license partnerships (sport, music, Disney, TV/Theatricals, and trends).
* Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across owned marketing channels; own the end-to-end campaign process from refining strategic propositions.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Attend partner meetings and build strong relationships with external stakeholders; partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign objectives are aligned and delivered efficiently.
* Performance Measurement & Optimisation: Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
* Brand Consistency & Innovation: Ensure all communications and creative executions are consistent with the brand and partners’ positioning, tone of voice, and messaging guidelines.

* Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies; experience with social media and influencer marketing is essential.
