This black belt commercial leader and consultant to the trade will be responsible for driving performance, delivering growth, and crafting the market.
Key responsibilities include:
* Strategic Planning & Execution: Reporting into the Head of Commercial for Dublin City and Strategic Accounts, writing strategies and annual Joint Business Plans for customers.
* Commercial Management: Agreeing and delivering NSV, Volume, Trading profit, and Cash targets for the Diageo portfolio.
* Relationship Building & Management: Building strong relationships with strategic customers accounting for significant portions of total On Trade revenue.
* Digital First Approach: Implementing digital strategies that align with overall business goals.
Cross-functional Leadership: Leading cross-functional teams to deliver strategy/Joint Business Plan.
