Ideally, the candidate will be an electrician by trade with a degree or similar qualification in electrical, civil, or construction disciplines.

We now offer a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team in Munster. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, confident, highly motivated, and possess excellent project management, planning, and scheduling skills. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure project delivery meets safety, quality, and cost objectives.
* Analyze and report on project performance, including KPIs, budgets, cost control, risk management, client billing, and cash flow.
* Implement business operating systems to improve efficiency, especially in project management.
* Manage project tasks from sales to delivery, maintaining client relationships and ensuring scope is delivered through effective planning and resourcing.
* Participate in career development planning.
The Person:
* Qualified Level 8 Degree in Project Management, Energy, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (preferred).
* Strong technical understanding of electrical construction and utility industries.
* Minimum of 5 years project management experience delivering projects.
* Proven commercial acumen and client relationship management skills.
* Experience applying lean principles.
* Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Ability to make ethical decisions in challenging situations.
* Familiarity with project management tools.
* Customer-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to changes.
