Management Accountant (Part or Newly Qualified) We are currently working an excellent well-established client in Dublin 15 they are looking to recruit a Part /Newly Qualified Accountant to join their team! I am looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Management Accountant to support the Finance team in strengthening and streamlining financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for continuous improvement, business partnering, and commercial insight. Salary & Benefits: Hybrid after training (1 day from home 4 in office) Some flexibility with working hours Salary 55-60k Income protection Pension Canteen Discount Car Parking Company laptop & Phone Staff training & Development Key Responsibilities for this role: Take ownership of single entity accounts and key group account headings Preparation of group management accounts including variance analysis Maintain high-quality documentation and records in compliance with internal controls Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency across Departments.
