We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Waterford office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overcoming objections, closing sales
* Chasing leads provided by the marketing team
* Updating customer information in line with GDPR guidelines and Compliance
* Setting up client accounts and ensuring relevant customer documentation is accurate
* Processing renewals & Mid-term adjustments
* Answering incoming sales & customer service calls
* Capturing vital contact information for customers, home address, date of birth, email address, contact numbers
* Noticing changes in customer details and updating the system accordingly
* Reporting rate increases to team leader/manager monthly and customer feed-back
The ideal candidate will have:
* APA or CIP qualified
* CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements
* A minimum of 2 years sales or customer service experience in a similar role required Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
