Job Title
A dynamic and experienced recruitment professional is required to lead a Lean CWF team, achieving 100% fulfillment of client requirements.
Main Responsibilities
* Account Management: oversee client relationships, manage headcount fulfillment, communicate with stakeholders, and track key performance indicators.
* Recruitment Management: ensure quality standards are met, coordinate candidate sourcing, and support workforce management teams.
* Staff Management: lead and develop the CWF recruitment team, set objectives, monitor KPIs, and represent the business unit at manager meetings.
* Business Development: identify new opportunities, develop proposals, and facilitate growth within existing clients services.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
* Full clean driving license
* Previous people management experience
* Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously, particularly with complex accounts and corporate clients
* IT skills and technology focus on streamlining efficiencies using existing technology (applicant tracking systems an advantage)
* Process-driven and quality-focused mindset
