The Role
The Receptionist will be responsible for all beauty activities and for co-ordinating the salon. They will ensure that each client receives a professional, high standard service at every visit. Successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the salon at all times contributing to the achievement of identified and agreed targets in the following areas: Reception, Client care, Customer service, Stock and cash management, Staffing levels, Administration, Retail and Team development.

Excellent communication skills
Efficient and Accurate Administration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent Telephone manner
Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Effective communicator with colleagues and clients.
This Role requires a dynamic person with the ability to multitask and is passionate about the hair and beauty industry.
